Customer Experience Magazine (CXM) is the online magazine packed full of industry news, blogs, features, reports, case studies, video bites and international stories all focusing on customer experience.

CXM is a free online magazine for business professionals to share ideas and best practice.

CXM was founded in 2010 and is pleased to work in partnership with many organisations and business people to achieve mutual goals. Partners include Awards International with whom the team at Customer Experience Magazine presents the UK Customer Experience Awards, the Employee Experience Awards, The Digital Experience Awards and the Financial Services Experience Awards.

Borislav Lojpur
Managing Director Awards International

Borislav Lojpur fulfils the role of Managing Director for Awards International, where he has the responsibility of making sure all development output is to high standards. Borislav also manages the Awards International team in Serbia and supports our Events with project management, planning, testing and communication. Borislav supports the social impact of our organisation and their leaders in advancing the missions that benefit our customers.
