This is the ﬁrst and only awards programme in the UK to recognise the organisations who are dedicated to successful complaint handling. Now in its 3rd year, the awards once again present an invaluable opportunity to celebrate and share in excellent complaint handling methods, while providing a unique platform for companies to praise their hard-working complaint handling teams.
There are 20 categories to choose from this year encompassing both industry-specific areas such as financial services, contact centres and telecoms, to discipline-specific areas including ‘Innovation’ and ‘Pro-active Complaint Handling’. The categories incorporate both B2B and B2C initiatives to ensure all sizes of organisations can enter whether an individual, SME or large corporation. What’s more, you can increase your chances of winning as there is no limit to the number of categories you can enter.
